A breif synopsis of Runner (Bmore Edition):

Joe’s brother owes big time drug boss Rowmack $100,000. Rowmack has Joe’s brother kidnapped, and Joe must complete three jobs for Rowmack in order to save his brother. Follow Joe as he navigates Baltimore’s treacherous streets on his mission to save his kidnapped brother.
